Contact forms
Personal data is generated from technical processes such as contact forms and cookies, so that we can respond to queries from the general public, cookies are used to give the site visitor the best experience on our website and also for administrative purposes.
We keep contact form submissions for a certain period for customer service purposes, but we do not use the information submitted through them for marketing purposes.
Cookies
When you fill in our contact form you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you fill in a contact form at a later date.

If you have left comments in the contact form, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

How we protect your data
In off-site servers based in the UK. We are going to use two factor authentication; and staff training in data protection.
What data breach procedures we have in place
Internal reporting systems, ideally contacting all who are involved in a data breach within 72 hours, and rectifying the issue as soon as possible.
What third parties we receive data from
YouTube videos if requested by the Clerk to be embedded into a web page. Google maps.
In terms of GDPR, plugins we use on the website do not collect any personal information from our users.
Industry regulatory disclosure requirements
We are bound by the Transparency Code which requires the online publication of key spending and governance information on the occasions specified in the Code.
